- Check-out time-12:00;
- In case of check-in until 15:00pm guests pay additionally 20% of the room cost. (Pre-agreement with administration in necessary).
- In case of check-out from 11:00 till 18:00pm guest pays 20% of the room cost. . (Pre- agreement with administration in necessary).
- In case of check-out after 18:00pm guest pays one night cost of the room.
- The rates of the rooms are given including VAT. Service includes breakfast (from 8:30 till 10:30).
- If the visitor doesn’t appear at the hotel or cancels the reservation 48 hours earlier of his arrival, he pays the cost for one night.
- In case of a guest leaving before the check-out date, he/she pays the fee for an extra night.
- Reservation comes into force since the day when 50% of the voucher cost is paid.
